My week in a nutshell...

Sharing five high-lights from my week with you and the meme at Living To Tell the Story.

  1. We started school this week. Ash in 2nd grade and Logan in pre-k. I have to be honest, I stressed and almost dreaded this first week. But it has gone sooo good! Our schedule flowed. Kids have actually been getting along so much better this week. Less squabbles, less talking back. More obedience. And its been fun! For all of us :)

  2. I went to our first fall steering team meeting for MOPS. (mothers of preschoolers). Had such a good time planning September's meetings. Really looking fwd to MOPS starting next week and expecting God to meet a lot of moms there.

  3. The new Jeremy Camp worship cd. Need I say more?!

  4. Got to see my latest "secret project" come together and it looks SO good. I can hardly wait to reveal it to you :)

  5. Also, had another freelance writing job open up. Its a one time project, but a very cool one. Will be reading the galley for a new christian novel coming out, by a best-selling author. Then writing the discussion questions for the book.

A smooth start to the school year is always a blessing.

Jeremy Camp has a new worship CD. I'll have to go check that out!

Glad you had a great start to your school year. Ours begins on Wed although I have to go back on Tuesday.....but my daughters are definitely ready to see their friends again and get back into the routine.

I didn't know Jeremy Camp had a new cd out...I enjoy this voice.....

Thanks for the info about the new Jeremy Camp CD. I found a trailer here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RGEjTb5yRtc Sure want to get this CD!

Glad school is starting well for you all. I found that my kiddos (now 26 &27) got along better when we had a regular schedule. That's one reason we homeschooled year round.

Secret project? I love secrets! I can hardly wait to find out what it is!

Congrats on your new writing gig. Coming up with discussion questions sounds like a fun and challenging project. Good luck.

Secret project...very intriguing! I'll have to check back to hear more.

What an incredibly neat writing gig. Actually, I'm green with envy.

So glad your school year started well. Here's to more of the same.

Happy week ahead.
