I will not be posting a menu this week. Our family is under-going a major overhaul where food & diet is concerned. Weight-loss and a healthier lifestyle has been needed for some time.
And if not NOW, when??
We started following the Michael Thurman Six Week Body Makeover food plan. We've done it before and know that it works well for us.
Then as our bodies become a little more adjusted to the food shock and detox, we plan on adding the P90x workouts.
So this week is all about changes. Making investment-based decisions for a longer healthier lifestyle. We will be trying out diff foods and coming up with some better recipes that fit our needs.
